What area does the Walla Walla County Rural Library serve?
The Walla Walla County Rural Library is a junior taxing district in Walla Walla County, in Washington State. We serve the unincorporated areas of Walla Walla County and the City of Prescott. If you live in these areas, or own property in these areas, you may get a free library card at any of our libraries.
The Walla Walla County Rural Library District also belongs to the WALNET library consortium, which includes the Walla Walla Public Library and the Walla Walla Community College Library. If you have a library card from either of these libraries - it is accepted at our libraries also.

To Apply for your Card:
Visit a library branch and bring valid photo identification with your current address, or a piece of postmarked mail with your current address. You may also download and fill out an application form and bring it with you:.
Adult Application: English or Spanish
Children's Application (under 18): English or Spanish
A child's parent or legal guardian must sign the responsibility statement on a children's
library card application.
